44.08 - Ren zong
The point 44.08 (Ren Zong) is similar to LI 13 and is located 3 cun proximal to LI 11. It is in the depression between the lateral edge of the humerus and the biceps and on the LI meridian.
Indications

Local pain in the arms, hands, and elbow. Needling on the opposite side from the pain can be useful and in some cases will be more effective than needling the affected side. Contralateral needling is also best for acute injuries and following surgery on the hand, wrist, elbow, or shoulder.

44.09 - Di zong
Di Zong (44.09) is 6 cun proximal to LI 11 and in the depression between the lateral border of the humerus and the bicep muscle.
Indications

Heart disease including palpitations, arteriosclerosis, angina, heart failure, and recovery from heart attack. For patients recovering from heart attack use this point with LV 3

Vascular disorders affecting the brain.

Hemiplegia, facial paralysis, and other disorders of the head and face related to poor circulation, yang collapse, or when pathology is also present in the lower cervical vertebrae.
44.10 - Tian zong
44.10 (Tian Zong) is on the LI channel and 9 cun proximal to the cubital crease, between the humerus and bicep muscle.
Indications

Women's reproductive and urinary disorders including vaginal pain, itching, leukorrhea, and urinary pain.
